What is ESIM?

Sometimes known as electronic SIM cards, eSIM actually stands for embedded SIM. As the name suggests, this means that SIM functionality can now be integrated directly into the device, rather than a separate card needing to be inserted.

In case you have the eSIM capable phone or tablet, you can use an eSIM instead of the regular physical SIM card.

How to install Esim on my phone?

When having bought the ESIM, you will receive shortly after an QR code to your mail.

After receiving the QR code, take the following steps:

Scan a QR code

  1. Open the Camera app and scan your QR code.
  2. When the Cellular Plan Detected notification appears, tap it.
  3. Tap Continue, at the bottom of the screen.
  4. Tap Add Cellular Plan.
  5. Finished!

 

 

 

How long does it take to receive Esim product?

Esim Products can be delivered from 10 Minutes up to 1 hours. 

 

Which devices are compatible with eSIM?

Apple devices: iPhone 11 / 11 Pro / 11 Pro Max, iPhone 12/ 12 Pro/ 12 Pro Max, iPhone XS / XS Max, iPhone XR, iPhone SE, iPad Air (3rd, 4th Generation), iPad Pro (1st to4th Generation), iPad Mini (5th Generation), iPad (7th, 8th Generation).

In case your device is not listed here but it´s compatible with eSIM, then the ESIM still can be used.

 

Which Services can be used when buying inbound ESIM?

Inbound means incoming.

So when it says inbound SMS/CALL, you will be only able to:

  • Receive SMS Messages
  • Receive Phone Calls

 

Can I use same eSIM in different devices?

Please note, that if you have installed eSIM into one device, you can´t install the same eSIM (use the same QR code) into another phone or device. You have to order a new eSIM for another device, even if you have deleted the eSIM from the first device.

How do I know the simcard works in my country?

You can one piece as a sample to find out if it has coverage.

 

The card currently has been tested and works in:

  • Italy
  • Macedonia
  • Germany

 

In some countries the card needs to be pre-activated in the country of origin.
